Raphael Minder

Central Europe Correspondent

Raphael Minder is the FT's Central Europe correspondent, based in Warsaw. He previously covered Spain and Portugal for the New York Times. He rejoined the FT in 2022, having reported between 2000 and 2010 from Paris, Brussels, Sydney and Hong Kong as the FT's Asia regional correspondent. He is the author of two books about Spain. He is Swiss and started in journalism with Bloomberg News in Zurich.
